Overture was in business long before and i think they bought it to include those ads they get here in ther new Yahoo publisher network's program , i think adsense and adwords are going to have very harsh competition

I will be interested to see what happens. I could potentially switch if it's a better deal for me as a publisher, but I've been happy with Google's service.

but since google has so many sites now with them that its better to switch away from them

One of the reasons why many advertisers switched from Overture to Adwords in the first place was due to the very high CPC and the large amount of click fraud that was happening.

You know, I've never completely understood how there CAN be click fraud. Can someone explain that to me? Is one person just clicking their own link, or what?

Its not only you clicking on your ads , if someone reperetedly click on same ads , then it can be click fraud
