I would like to request help from you guys. Can you guys reply me with any web hosting providing a free hosting which support php/perl, blar blar (like other paid hosting company). But without any pop out Ads, or subdomain like "myname.webhosting_company.com"

Well dude i dont believe in free hosting. "If you are really looking for a lot by not spending that much then you need to check "drupalvaluehosting.com". As they are offering quality services with low rates. My sites run very fast and i have been very happy with their service!"
