I would like to know about the comapnies offering managed dedicated solutions, and particularly about hostv.com I was attracted to. Complete managed serves cost rather high, but I believe it is reasonable prices for the server like this?
Managed sercvices are also great by kodohost.com. I am not sure about comlete compatibility of their plans with the ones you are asking about but they are twice cheaper, when also offering choise of the OS and control panel for no extra charge.
