Default NeonScent

My website is http://neonscent.com, but if you go, you see a blank index page. I'm not sure if it's the hosting or whatever that's causing that, because if you look on this page: * * *** Neonscent.com you won't even know that the index page is blank until you click on home. That's the only page that's blank, as far as I know. Does anyone have any ideas as to why? It's really frustrating because it happened when my site started to heat up and have traffic.
And I use Brauler Web Promotion hosting just because the person that owns the company is a friend. I'd be using DreamHost if it weren't for the friend. There isn't a discount or anything. Just helping friends.

Have you checked the paths to your files? Sometimes uploading gets tricky when the files you upload from your computer don't match the names you have specified on the site manager. When you go into your admin area, find out where your index file is first. Is it in the wrong place?

No, they're all in the right place.
I found the problem-- it was the hosting server... :p "Will be back up in a few days. This month, you will get 20% off on your hosting. Thanks!"

That is a pretty lousy deal. I am sure that the potential revenue that you lost from your downtime is much larger then the small discount that you will get.
