Problems with 2mhosting.com - Freelance Forum

Hi just wondering if anyone els is using the hosting company 2mhosting..

They're quite recent and i have just noticed a site i was hosting on it has actually been down for some time..

Support is not getting back to me and i have received no information about an update or reboot or anything els!

Anyone els had any problems with them ?

Whenever we tried to contact them it said it was an invalid number.. Still awaiting email response.. However their own HTML server seems to be going down now and then also, seems like a DDOS attack.

Yea, from what it sounds like it seems that way. I guess the only thing to do is wait for them or switch.

Haha, you will not believe what they said, i was talking to them about my disappointment about their downtime and i asked for a refund, (about 300$) And they said this!

MADNESS! Within 5 mins my account was blocked and i still have not recieved payment back!

Holy crap, thats not cool. That is a prime example of why the good hosting companies get crap for idiots like that. If you used a credit card not related to paypal, you could call your credit card company and do a chargeback that way.

The problem with your idea is, because i was unsure of the site i used a VCC and the company i ordered them from issue a substantial fee for chargebacks!

I can say though i have just gotten my payment back! And thats good news!
