I have a site which i want to host right in my country and even in a offshore server, what i want to do is that when people in my country hit the URL , the site comes from local server and when they hit from outside the site comes from Offshore server , this is important because this will fasten the speed of site in my country , so what it way of doing it ?

I have seen people doing this but could not find any way to do it. !
