R4-Proof DSi Gets New Piracy Flash Cart

There were concerns from some that the DSi made piracy easier. Then there were concerns from others that it made piracy harder. Everyone was in a tizzy! Now, there’s reason for Nintendo to worry.
Really worry, actually.
While the R4 flash cart won’t work in the Nintendo DSi, stalls and even stores in Akihabara have started selling a very illegal work around: the Acekard2i. This flash cart claims to be “DSi Compatible.”
This comes as Nintendo, third party game developers and Kyoto cops have begun cracking down on flash cart sales.
