Your main menu on the left a surfer needs to pack a lunch to read. The middle content loads way to slow. You are probably image heavy. the design has excellent potential with concept but if your middle loads slow and I am on broadband, think about your potential audience on DSL or dialup. Latest figures show over a third of all internet users are still on dial up.
