that is the seo which tracks a keyword or keyword phrases from multiple searches, so that in the future you may take advantage of this for your own needs.if you simply don't have the time to manualy search on google.

Now a days you can find a lot many keyword tracking tools online even as desktop application. But most of them are paid.

If you are looking for free tools google adwords is the best. As a google product we can belive in it.
