I have read my fair share of ebooks and regular books on the subject however I discovered that the best way to learn things is by trying it out and learning by trial and error.

I think ebooks can be helpful, but I've also learned the hard way to not think of them as a manual on exactly how to do something. They're great for making you think though.

Personally, I think ebooks are a waste of time. If someone can make a successful website, they wouldn't be hawking ebooks. There is so much free info out there!

I usually skip out on the ebooks when it's web related the basic information can be found on webpages and if it has to do with SEO trying stuff out yourself is far better than anything you'll ever read.

I was reading many of them, and personally, only one out of ten had any really good advice, even a smaller percentage was original.

Better read forums, read blogs, read websites dedicated to web mastering, and you'll learn much more, for free.

No I don't read Ebooks. I rely on forums and blogs for information. You'll find anything and you can ask just about anything in forums.
