My thoughts on your host:
1) I am not liking your design, I do believe it is a paid theme from Template Monster or something of that.
2) Your hosting.html page does not work.
3) You seem like an overnight host in my opinion.
4) I would like to see your TOS, AUP, PP, SLA. (You should know what those are if you are in the hosting industry)
5) Are you a reseller or do you own the servers you host clients on.
6) Please provide some more information on your company, what your goals are, who started it etc..

I am not trying to trash your thread or talk down to your company I am trying to help you get clients and help our members here get some more information.

Shakehost is hosted by me and my husband is designing the layout now They are really nice and very helpful too...They have a few clients now who are happy with the service

cheers for that and i would just like to say aswell its better to have a paid template than a free template and if you dont like the template thats just your opinion.

Getting advice from other webmasters is a great thing esp if you are a newbie in the web world

and I am not saying use a free template I am simply saying I personally recommend having a custom one designed. It shows to clients that you aren't afraid to spend a few bucks to look nice, and to have a unique look. No offense to anybody but I am turned away from hosts that use free/paid templates. They just seem like overnight hosts in my opinion. Extremely sorry if i am coming offer rude I am trying to help you and members here out. I have been scammed by many overnight hosts in the past and have lost about $3,000 total from these kind of hosts, trying to help other people for that they dont.

i agree with you randy there is alot of overnight hosts out there but i can tell you one thing shakehost wont be one of those.

Randy, i can tell you that if something goes wrong then i will be the one who is going to take action first as im the main person who is his account holder and will be helping him out...but as far as the template goes its a paid template that i was able to acquire through a really bad deal which i made benefit us...as misty stated im working to get another template in place that is much better and that will be easier to work with along with more color than the last one since it has no flash, and it has to be done all with CSS.

Sorry to hear about loosing so much money with other companies...
