Default Whatīs better? Freehand VS Ilustrator

Hi to everybody.
What do you think about this two programs?

My favorite is Freehand, i know is dead, a last good bye to him.

i used to use freehand but have switched.

I have never used either. Are these jsut graphics programs like Photoshop?
