Design and programming yourself is always better then templates and thing like site2you. Unless you don't know how to or you don't want to pay for a design, you should use a template.

Even if you're an expert at web design there's nothing wrong with using a template IF you can find one that's well built and the design suits your site. That's a bit rare and therefore you're often better off designing your own and in the 5-10 hours of hunting the web for "the right template" you often could've done it yourself already I find. You can always pay a designer to make you a template.

Hey Lyurey not always possible because i am web designer and doing any type of designing and i am not taking higher charges from my clients so its not always possible my friend.

The cost tends to be much higher when you're dealing with established "graphic designers" or more artistic web design firms. If you're expectations are much simpler you can get something decent done for $50-300 depending where in the world you're contracting to. But if you want a killer design that's stunning you'll usually pay pretty good for it.
