I have heard such great things about Dreamweaver but have never been able to afford the program. Perhaps I should bite the bullet and just purchase it at the end of summer.

It can speed up the process and help out a lot if you don't quiet know HTML/CSS really well. Other than that it's not worth the full price but you can get it on Ebay for pretty cheap and I would say if you do a lot of web development it's always a good thing to have.
DW is a good tool for professional web developers , it has a veriety of features which really helps making a sites easier , and that site too seem good and seem to have some better tips
