Hey , definitely a fan of the site , just not sure if I understand the 'quick reply' button.

Most sites I frequent the quick reply area is already open to type in, not sure why clicking a button on an individual post changes the situation, its not like it includes that post in your response.

Just my 2 cents.

I know what you mean. But what's the big deal? Either way, it's not hard to type in your reply, just to click or not to click, that is the question.

Yeah it is more better look. We just need to click on any post to make a repaly. It is so simple for us.

its not a big deal.
but if its one check box in the forum setup its not hard to change.

it is alot easier on a slower connection like mine also,
takes 20 seconds for a page to load, which adds up after a while.

If I am not mistaken, this was with the latest VB upgrade, though it is possible to disable.
I also dont really see the point in it imo.

I don't see what the complaint was all about ...you have to click to start typing anyway! Picky, picky, picky LOL.

I get that complaint on my site too but i aint changing it just now lol i cant be bothered. I dont see why its hard but i guess it could get annoying for those who post a lot.....

well...when i click post quick reply, it didnt worked once..!!
