MODS DESCRIPTIONS:

Personal Notepad - members will be able to edit the content of their notepad as they want, storing in it whatever they might feel like.

Invitation System - Allow users send invites to everybody

News Management & Portal System - A portal system that is completely based on news without the use of forums.

Comprehensive Ignore System - The Comprehensive Ignore System allows members to ignore more than just a users text in a post. First, members can ignore entire threads. These threads will then not show up in searches, forumdisplay, and "new posts". Second, if a member puts someone on their ignored list, they stay ignored, meaning their threads will not show up in forum displays, searches, or "new posts". Members can ignore threads with certain tags. Members can select to ignore an entire forum, so that they no longer see it, nor do search results that are located in those forums show to the user.

vBStatus - Allows members to update their status to tell other members what they are doing/thinking at any given time

Quick Edit and Quick Reply into Full - Converts Quick Reply and Quick Edit into Full Reply. This hacks adds all default buttons and adds extra buttons like smilies etc.

Report PM - When a user reports a post this sends out pm's to staff members

Yahoo! Messenger Emoticons - Adds Yahoo Smilies for members to use

AutoBump - Is a tool that bumps threads that meet certain admin-set conditions for a certain period of time so that those threads do not ever get seen or go unanswered

vBmagazine - Creats a section of the forum like a magazine. This is a paid mod and not free.

Vbcredits - Allows members to earn "credits" for posting, creating threads and other things that can be used for holding "who has the most credits" contest etc.

Arcade - Allows members to play games on the forum at any given time.

I sure have....

Will possibly add these, they are pretty cool. I do, however, have a chatroom script now but will look into this one too.

EDIT: I just found a downloads mod ... good idea or not?
