Default Why am I Banned?
Hello friends,

I am doing SEO for the health insurance online site and focusing on the keywords like health insurance, health insurance quote. The problem is while I am doing postings in the social bookmarking and directories most of the site shows the following messages like "your submission is banned" or “Your story has been discarded due to your choice of words which appear on our anti-spam list.”

Please advise me what can be done in situation

You can change your change your social bookmarking and directories description. May be social bookmarking and directories discription are duplicate. so check it and change it.

Bookmarking sites see more about URL and the title.That should not be duplicate.
