i've had my site for about 3 months. why don't i have any pr?

your site must have been way to new for the search engines to even know that you were around. i'm sure once pr comes around again, you'll get pr.

Well your site might be new and don't forget you will get your PR in April so keep working on your site and bulid good backlinks and traffic with good content. I am sure you will get PR3 or PR4 in next updates.

Yeah and you can use forum signature, link exchanges and other way to bulid solid backlinks for your website. Do put some good content too.

Yes you are right. If you don't have any links or your site is banned than you won't getting pr. You should build good links.

PR is only updated once every 3 to 4 months but Google does see the backlinks. I would not worry about the pr but would focus my time getting good backlinks with good anchor text.

Page rank can only be received if you have relevant inbound links from pages on other websites that have already page rank. Don't worry about the page rank that shows in the Google tool bar as it changes constantly but it does not always reflect in the tool bar as that is only updated every so often.

Yeah Toolbar does not suggest your correct PageRank. I have PR3 bolgs and some times my toolbar give PR4. PR is updated every three months and next one come in April.
