There should be an update in PR pretty soon, the end of this month or sometime next month.

Try getting more and more quality backlinks , if google think that your backlinks are not worth then you wont get any PR

You'll need more and more backlinks - preferably from higher PR sites with dofollow. Dofollow sites pass on the needed PR juice.

Content is also another important factor. Once other sites sees the value in your content and link to it, that is when you get all the glory.
