i Dont like google instant if anyone of you also dont like it you can disable it from google preferences

This feature did not much affect the ranking but may affect the user views and targets.Because Google suggest keywords which were frequently being used.that may affect the user behaviors.

When you type some words in Google search engine text box then their some related words come on drop down its call Google instant. You can turn off Google Instance from your personal setting.
It is helpful when any search in Google search engine it is save your time and guide for the proper search

Google instant is something in which where you type a single word it will show the results matching that word. It has no negative effect it's just a feature of google.
