max. 4-5 keywords

I think 2 to 3 keywords are enough to include on each page.

I have always been a believer no greater than 10 keywords with a density of 5-8%. That means if you have a page of 500 words the keywords can be used 25 - 40 times. I prefer 5% but others go for more.
I believe that it will be interpreted as spam if you exceed 8%.
