am not so good in english but i want to become a seo now am doing link building ,please give me your views can i become a good seo without good communication skills ?
You need basic english. Your level of knowledge is adequate but you technique of linkbuilding is not fine. Your first link is attached to a very long word which can't be considered a keyword. You have a lot to learn
Good communication skills are compulsory for any online business. Sometimes SEO clients may not have good writing skills. So SEO person should help him with optimized descriptions, tags,etc.
Also offpage SEO involves comment writing, Forum replies, article writing, video presentation,etc. So it is very vital to have strong English knowledge to serve customer professionally.

Ya you need to know some basic skills, but along with that you should have some analysis skills and internet savvy to grow in seo field.
