Quality Content is most important to increase your PR also u can submit in all directory,social bookmarking ,article posting forum posting etc... it help to increase back link it's also help to increase PR.

Hi,

Only quality backlinks can increase you PR.

So try to do quality link building because quality link building will give you quality backlinks and quality backlinks will give you good PR.

PR (page rank) is one of the factors that affect SERP. If you have high PR, then you have higher chances of getting into top rankings.
