Hey,
does anyone here have any set SEO beliefs such as use of meta tags and way to layout their site / scripts?

I personally always use META tags for description and keywords and wuite often use <h1><h2><h3><h4> as I know they have a value overall, but I also use <title> << the most important!

Got one tip ive picked up over the years:
in META tags dont use what are known as stop words such as:
and , as , but , also , a etc.etc.

is that a stop word? what does the stop word do?

I did have set of rules beore but now since googles rules are changing everydday , and there is no set rules so you need to change your policy
