SEO? They are just gonna automate the process based on select keywords.
SEO is much more effective if you do it yourself, carefully selecting your titles, tags, alt tags, anchor text, etc. Only you know your site and your products and the audience you are targeting - if you want to spend $50 a year then hire someone to write 10 keyword related articles for that price. It will be much more effective over the long haul.
