Where can we find good free CGI scripts and what is the process of running it on a web server

One of my client needs his site to be built on CGI , and i am not familiar with it , so can anyone help .

This is the only site I have ever looked at for CGI scripts. I cannot verify how good they are, or how accurate the site is, because this isn't my field.

I hadn't seen this site before. I usually cruise Free Scripts.net, but then I don't do alot of CGI. Sometimes I just get this urge to see what different codes do, out of curiosity.
