Blog marketing can be done through following ways :

1.Submit to Blog Directories

2. Submit its RSS feed to various feed Submission Sites

3. Submit to blogging sites where Guest posts are allowed as community links

4.Posting Links at social networking Sites

5.Bookmarking your links along with others.

All these will help you generate good traffic !
