Default PayPal Alternatives.

Who else uses pay pal? Are there any other alternatives to this for personal transactions that doesn't cost as much?

i just looked it up. if i'm not mistaken, it looks like it's 10% +1 dollar. that's a little more expensive than paypal.

i know there is moneybookers but i think that might be a little more as well?

There are many other systems but for any dependable one, the fees are equal or more than Paypal. The other consideration is that Paypal is widely accepted throughout the Internet and owned by eBay. I have yet to find one that matches them in quality.
