When do you think the reasonable time to refresh?Everybody need and must to be free yourself.Don't be a workholic.So what is the best idea for us to relax?

In my opinion Listening Music will be good option to refresh myself and sometimes to talk with old buddies feeling your self fresh.

Hello! For me.. listening to music, eating and sleeping is the my way to refresh my mind/self at the end of a bad or stressful day..whew! ^_^

I am such busy guy and i can refresh myself only at weekend means at Saturday night and in Sunday morning only.
