I think Arnold likes to have fun. Back when Johnny Carson did the tonight show, Arnold was on a few times. He was a crack up! This is just more of that fun loving stuff he probably doesn't get much of these days.

Maria seems to be taking the job of First Lady of California fairly seriously ...good for her.
Arnold is funny ...he surprises me all the time though.
