I have decided not to take the family abroad this summer and opted for a UK holiday. After a lot of deliberating we decided a hotel in Torquay would be a good choice so I set about doing some research on the web. I typed in the term

I prefer to book through companies directly rather than getting middle men involved so I did a little more browsing and cam across the hotel balmoral in meadfoot bay. It seemed just what we were looking for being both close to the beach and the harbour, and also set in its own tranquil gardens. We booked into a sea view room for bank holiday weekend and if it goes well I think I may tear up my passport and come to a hotel in Torquay every year.
