How many of you do 90 percent of your shopping online. I have either become lazy or just don't like to be in the crowd of people. But most of my shopping comes from online.
Most of my shopping is food, petrol and utilities--only the last of which can be done online. For luxuries I often prefer a shop. I like books stores, especially where the staff are in touch with local authors and publishing gossip. I have to buy clothes in person to ensure they fit.
And actually, I would rather pay $1 in gas over $5-$10 in packaged and shipping.
So I guess I don't shop over the internet very much at all.
I do a lot of my shopping online. It is so much easier to go mass shopping, like for Christmas, online instead of waiting in lines and going store to store looking for things.
Oh my goodness....if I could do ALL of my shopping online then I would.
I have become the Coupon Queen this past year; taking advantage of promotion codes and clickthroughs and printable coupons, and have saved beaucoup $$ over buying local.
I used to be a big purporter of shopping locally - and I still would like to give back to my own community; but the shopping here is terrible unless you drive an hour east or west.
Another downside to going out to the mall, well at least for me anyways, is feeling insecure. There have been several incidents at our local malls like robbery at a bank, and a shooting, that makes me not want to go to the mall.
I just hate to get out in the traffic. The roads around my house might as well be the Daytona 500 or something. They are absolutely CRAZY out there. Besides, there's not any good shopping close by anymore. :( Thankfully there are places I CAN go online. I don't think I do anywhere NEAR 90% online, though. Maybe 35%.
I guess I'm lazy, it saves me not only gas but standing in line for god knows how ever long. I like to cyber shop but don't get me wrong I get tired of shopping online just as well as I get tired in the real stores,lol.
I do about 20% of my shopping online, which isn't a lot, I must say. I usually shop when I need to; not on a monthly/weekly basis. I prefer basketball over shopping, which is more than I can say for some of my friends. :p

I don't do 90% online shopping but I do some. I usually do online shopping when the stores around me don't have the product. And mostly because you save alot of money online because the local stores are very expensive.
