I am a great fan of the TV series Heroes and I love the way the painter (I never managed to learn his name) I want to create some stuff like that, I have the talent and can do the sketching and filling. But I want it to acquire the perfect light amount for it to seem a bit dark but not that digital dark, more like a natural obscurity. Thanks!

Why don't you start painting and get your contacts with local artists. They can help you make your paintings get recognition. And you can even post your creations sometimes to get some appreciation.
Well creating dark meaningful images is certainly a tough job, as far i tried my luck over sketching charcoal pencils does the job with perfect shades and filling.
hey, yep, I can do that, but what I really want to do is use internet, use some painting tools, paint a digital picture.
