I'm a partner and manager within a successful web design firm which is seeking to bring more team-members on-board so that we can build ourselves up into a much more lucrative firm.

Sales Manager / Rep (primarily phone sales but we are open to other avenues - the ability build out operating procedures and to teach your knowledge and skills to others)

Account Management / Project Management (great customer relations skills and broad knowledge of the web design industry, related software and platforms. experienced. - has the ability build out operating procedures and to teach your knowledge and skills to others)

Web Design Manager (very skilled and knowledgeable regarding modern web design standards and practices - experienced and able to show a portfolio that reflects your talents - has the ability build out operating procedures and to teach your knowledge and skills to others)

Programming Manager (knowledgeable and skilled with popular CMS platforms for informational websites, e-commerce websites and social networking websites. highly skilled as a programmer (you tell me what languages you can program in and what projects you have completed) - has the ability build out operating procedures and to teach your knowledge and skills to others)


We already have a strong marketing team which should be able to generate volumes of qualified leads.

What we really require is a core team of entrepreneurs each of whom has a set of niche talents that when paired with the skills of our other team members can develop SYSTEMS and PROCEDURES that allow our staff to consistently deliver high quality websites to the clients specifications and on-time.
