I would like to know about certifications or similar qualifications in the area of web development, excluding server side technologies (PHP, databases..) and to vendor specific certifications. I.e. stuff like HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, HTTP. For the information I have visited so many web site design company sites.

why you are going for all web site design company site for the certification thats i can't understand if you are qualified then you must visit on freelance site which give you some project according to your qualification.
