i go with ARIAL, TAHOMA and VERDANA...!! and for HEADINGS u can easily go with TNR.

I have always used arial whenever I built a website, most sites use that font as well. You will rarely see anyone download fonts for their site because unless you are building a blog, it looks cheesy.
