Hi,
I have built a page in html using forms, but I have a few kinks with them that I was hoping I could get some sort of guidence, here is the url of the page I am having problems with:

1. I was now wondering if there was a way to indent the forms and give them a little bit of padding so that they are not so close to the initial text. I would also like all of the form widths to align, but my "comments" section is giving me a little bit of trouble to align just right with the other form text fields.
2. I have built a custom "clear" button that should clear the form, using the exact same methods as making my "send" buttons, but for some reason the clear function is not working, can someone please look at the code and maybe let me know what is going wrong?
Also, Related issue: I am having trouble with my navigation table at the bottom lining up just right in IE7 and Firefox, does anyone know what could be the problem or how to resolve it?:

Sorry for writing such a lengthy post, I will be working on these things on my own and updating this thread if I come across with a solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks a lot,
