Default How can we run any css file
Is Edit plus is require for running any CSS file.
in place of css we can run it in notepad suggest me.
bcz I am not able to run my file

darknailblue is correct, you do not 'run' CSS files. You open CSS files by, most known/favored, Dreamweaver which is an editor.

It is not like sql file it is file for design and tagging

No need to run css. You can see it in any text editor.

css doesn't need to be run it is viewable in any text editor like dreamweaver...
