How can we run any css file
Is Edit plus is require for running any CSS file.
in place of css we can run it in notepad suggest me.
bcz I am not able to run my file

darknailblue is correct, you do not 'run' CSS files. You open CSS files by, most known/favored, Dreamweaver which is an editor.

css doesn't need to be run it is viewable in any text editor like dreamweaver...
