Default Photo Gallery

I am working on a site for an upcoming convention which will generate a large amount of photos that will be hosted. I am unsure at this point how I wish to proceed with the photo album so am looking for advice. I've previously used Coppermine photo gallery but would like something different this time around.

Suggestions?

Ok, i think you can find lots of photogallery scripts on Hotscripts.com :: The net's largest PHP, CGI, Perl, JavaScript and ASP script collection and resource web portal -

Thank you, that's a wonderful resource. Yes, the site has been up and running in various forms for about 11 years. It has been privately hosted rather than on free hosts for about six years, and we have maintained photo albums for various things since going private.

mtajim, as a knowledgeable person, what is your favourite?

When you speak of security, do you mean for securing your images? There are so many cases of photo theft online that I no longer post photos of my little girl. Too many wierdos out there...
