Is this possible
Hi everyone. Just joined the forum and have a few questions. I post a lot on other forums sharing my expertise so i understand and totally appreicate whoever gives up some of their precious time to help me here. My knowledge on website building and content management systems is limited so hope you can help.
I need an online website and system that my clients can log in to and edit content in a publication that i have written for them. I basically write one publication and all my clients use the same content as their own. At the minute i manually (on MS word) put the content into each clients' template which has their own personal contact details on it and their logos etc. But it's too time consumming so i want to be able to set up all the templates for each client on an online system and then when i write content for their monthly publication i can then just up load it once and it would go into all my clients templates automaically. On top of this i need to have the facility where my clients can log into their own individual section of the website and see their own personal publication and then be able to make their own changes including editing the content, moving bits around and uploading and adding pictures etc. They also need to be able to print it, email it, convert it to pdf or HTML. So the system does have to be quite flexible which makes me wonder if it's possible. I'm really trying to convert what is a very manual system (that works really well) onto an online platform so that it takes the majority of the manual work out of it for me.
I hope this makes sense. Obviously i can't reveal too much of what i do as the business model i use is my USP but i just need to know if you think such a system is possible. If it is i will then need someone to build it for me.
