Dear friends, I have just tried to remove an item from the add/remove program. It is all that is left from something my nephew downloaded when he came to visit.

My problem is that it will not go. The screen flashes when I click to remove, but it still remains. I have found the offending file in the registry but I am stumped from here on.

Is it safe to right click the file and then click delete to remove it or is it more involved than that.


Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
