I Working in SEO. Today my all Site are down in Google Result

I already work everyday.

Tell ME, what is the reason?

Could be a number of reasons.

- Your competitors may have taken a lead over you
- Some of your inbound links may have dropped off
- You could have lost some Page Rank from "dofollow" links
- You may have been penalised by Google for some reason

could be a combination of all of the above

I totally agree with you, These could be reasons for dropped down your site in google.
