The link juice value will be reduced if the link is found on the same site, so it is better to get links from different sites.

Well getting link from the same one is not as useful as getting those links at different..Because of getting more click from different locations will increase the traffic to your domain and finally it increase the PR..

You want a nice mix of links from many sites.

That works for me. You can get lots of links from forums and not have to worry about cause a search engine problem. You will want to be careful not to put all of your eggs into one basket as it is not a good idea.

For the backlinks you need to choose first of all the unique forums which are giving the signature approval early and then always try to write the meaningful posting.

For the back links you need to take the help of the social bookmarking, blog commenting, press release, forum posting. In all this we can get a back links as early as possible.
