I noticed some blog sites which publish new post every 15 minutes, but their page rank is still low (PR=1). I think they want to post as many contents for adsense strategy. Some other site, they post >50+ articles per day.
So, How many good content posts you can create in single day, before it is considered excessive by Google? Does google penalize excessive posting?
Yeah you are absouletely right...everyday google changes its limit its very difficult to say what is the limit...i don't think so google charges any penalty
If anybody create helpful content in website which is useful for the users then Google don't penalize you but if anybody do something unethical way to earn more through it then Google take action on it.
Who of us can really say? There are certainly news sites out there that rank high that have tremendous amounts of new content daily if not hourly sometimes. There are high pr article sites that have new content every minute so that leads me away from it being related to post frequency and towards other factors.
That said.. Googles blogger service did consider me a spammer for posting 5-6 good length posts in the course of one afternoon. But I can't see Google making that decision for blogs all across the web. I'd hope they're smarter than that.

if your blog is about H O O D I A, just like your signature is - then google will penalise you for everything L-)
I think there is no fast and concrete idea on the limit yet since Google algo change as fast or as low he want it. I have been observing some sites and noticed that they change PR and ranking in Google even without posting too much but some sites rank lower with too much postings. I just can't really find an exact conclusion on this. What works for one, may or may not work for the other.
I dont think that google can penalize any website for large number of backlinks from same IP. As i know google will ignore all links and count it as few quality backlinks.
If you are posting many topic per day then you can get good benefits because you can get traffics also and may be other SEs like yahoo and Bing can give you some additional benefits.
