Default Google Earth

I assume everyone here's familiar with Google Earth. I like browsing the planet at that site.

Do you know how often the images are updated?

good question. i'm not sure but google earth is pretty cool. don't go there often but it's neat to see where you live on the map.

When I downloaded Google Earth, I went for the Google toolbar too.

I use the spellcheck feature on it pretty often.

Most images on Google eart are from 2004-2005 some are slightly newer.

However i dont think the entire map system will be updated i know in many areas (goverment etc) they had many restrictions. hence why in some areas you mysteriously cant get more than a blur...

Google Earth is cool, it shows the house where I live tho our house is not yet in there when the images were taken. Bu the location is in there. I saw our subdivision and its pretty cool. I love to see them from time to time

We live right outside a business and it shows it but not back where we are though. Its awesome! It kept me busy for at least 15 minutes looking at friend's addresses lol

Google Earth is awesome. Period.

The maps get updated on different intervals. The map of my house must have only been updated in the last 8 weeks, however the map of around 1.5 miles away hasn't been updated in 2 years.
