I setup an Adwords campaign and pick my keywords. But I DON'T want to pick keywords, I just want to target a website on the content network. How do I do this? Do I just delete my keywords, and also I don't want to appear on SERPS pages. Thanks!

If you are not appearing on SERPs pages that means there are some problem with your setting or you are not searching for your target keyword or keyword phrase.

I think you should search regarding your problem with google because google can describe it briefly with example than us.

Sorry i have not more idea related to this but if you will ask with google for this then i think you would have perfect answer because google can solve your all problem related to web mastering.

then just concentrate on social networking sites and advertise your site there...

If you do not want to go for the Google Ads than as mate says you can go for the social networking sites which helps you to generate more traffic to your site.
