Well just easy to get good position in Google or other search engines. Just followe their ruls and do some seo works to get high PR.

Yes it is hard process but if you build good tarffic and links to your site with following Google's rule than it should be very easy job.

Yeah, that's true.
In the long run content will bring you much more backlinks then any SEO can.

However, if together with good content, you also concentrate on SEO work, it can speed things up.
