I have a News section in my site. I want to publish these news in google-news and yahoo-news. Can anybody suggest me the process to submit my news in these search engines? Any help appriciated

Google, Yahoo and major News Website index Reuters pages. You can't actually submit your news there. I am not sure this would help but read it here.

Yep, it is really hard to get your site listed in Google News. It is not based on the same algorithm, and I think you have to be a known/trusted news source to get it listed there. However, some of my stuff has been popping up, but I think that is because one of my sites has started to become an "authority" for that niche, and people are linking to it and submitting it to various places.
