I make sure to write optimized content with a good keyword percentage. Also I pay attention to my meta tags including keyword tag, title tag ,description tag and my H1 and H2 tags.

I think H1 and H2 tags are more important these days , because i have seen google bots scanning these words more frequently which are kept bold on a web page

Yes I have noticed the same. I guess Google is having problems determining what is good content and what is poor content and these H1 and H2 tags can help them a bit.

but there is a problem with this too , some people can mainpulate this by using CSS , they may use H1 tag for whole there body and lower the size of h1 font by font , so this will be direct manipulation

Google seems to respond best to keyword rich content moreso than any sort of meta tags. I include them for other search engines but the keywords in Google seem based on their own determinations.

Optimizing for the search engines
Search engine optimization is crucial to your traffic flow. No matter what you are selling, saying or doing on your website you need people to be aware of your site if it to thrive. The best website in the world is wasted if no one knows that it is there.

If you are not listed in any of the search engines no one will be able to find you unless they type your web address (i.e. domain) into their web browser. Once you understand how to optimize your website for the search engines your site will be easier to find and the number of visitors to your website will increase over time.

Optimization tips

* Are your keywords in your title tags?

* Are your keywords in your content?

* Do your keywords accurately describe the theme or subject of your page?

* What words will users type into search engines to find your website?

* Does the page contain JavaScript? If so, how much of it precedes content? (CSS and JavaScript is nice, but engine robots don't have a clue as to what to do with it and often give up if there's no content nearby.)

I think no matter what kind of way, mainly in line with Google's spiders, then it is well loved by spiders. However, through the white hat techniques can.
