I have been working with video tutorials from learnflash.com. the vids and the support mentors is great.

yes, the tutorials are great. also, just getting in there and doing the trial and error works as well.

This is something I have always wanted to do. Though, I haven't gotten around to it yet. How simple is it to learn?

lowco: its alot like any other program, you can do basic stuff pretty early, and with a grasp of programming languages you can pick up actionscript in a decent amount of time too.

its really how much time you want to devote to it or exactly what you want to do.

as soon as the next version comes out i would suggest downloading the trial and just playing around with it. maybe follow aquariancore's footsteps and look at learnflash.com ... another decent place is flashkit.com <-- it used to be THE site for flash but in the past couple years has fallen off, nonetheless, there is still a big repository of tutorials to look through.

The New Flash CS3 professional is out and now being packaged with the CS3 suite

I too am looking to learn to use flash. If theres any websites you might now of with videos on the subject, a link would greatly be appreciated.
